Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we send an acceptance or shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics may not be returnable except where required by law or where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer the Services. Purchases from this store are transactions directly between you and Cosmic Luna Beauty, not Shopify. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from us or for claims arising from transactions with us.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
