What is Cosmic Luna Beauty?
Cosmic Luna Beauty is an independent beauty shop inspired by the moon and the freedom to express yourself. We curate makeup, beauty essentials, and details with a darker, celestial point of view.
Do I need to be experienced with makeup?
Not at all. You can begin with one product, build a simple routine, or explore something new at your own pace.
Does Cosmic Luna Beauty make the products?
No. Cosmic Luna Beauty is the retailer. Our assortment brings together products made by other beauty brands, and the relevant brand or manufacturer is identified on each product page.
Are you accepting orders?
We’re still evaluating our first product edit and are not accepting orders yet. Explore our Start Here guide and About Us page in the meantime.
Where do you ship?
At launch, we plan to serve eligible addresses in the United States. Product and delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout when ordering opens. International delivery is not yet available.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will delivery take?
The available shipping rate is shown before payment. Delivery timing depends on the product, supplier, and destination. We’ll email tracking information when it becomes available.
Will everything arrive in one package?
Not always. Products may be fulfilled by different partner suppliers, so a single order can arrive in separate packages and may include more than one shipping charge. The checkout will show when an order is split.
How do I choose a shade?
Use the shade name, description, and product images as your guide. Lighting and screens can change how color appears, so images cannot guarantee an exact match.
Where can I find ingredients and directions?
When supplied by the manufacturer, ingredients and directions appear on the product page. Always follow the information on the product packaging you receive, and stop use if irritation occurs.
What is your return policy?
Eligibility and instructions are explained in our Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetics may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. Contact us before sending anything back.
What currency do you use?
Prices and checkout totals are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
