Shipping Policy

We are not accepting orders yet. When ordering opens, Cosmic Luna Beauty will accept orders only when a shipping method and price are available at checkout. Our initial market is the United States. International checkout is not available unless the destination has been activated in our store and a shipping rate is displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Products may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners. The shipping method, charge, and estimated delivery window available for a specific cart and address are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of partner processing, weekends or holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Multiple packages

Items fulfilled by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number. The available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent when the fulfillment partner and carrier make it available. Please allow up to 48 hours after a shipping confirmation for tracking activity to appear.

Shipping address

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us through our Contact page immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins.

Delays and unavailable items

If an item cannot be shipped, we will notify you and refund the affected item. If a material delay occurs before shipment, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation option required by applicable law.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If tracking stops updating, a package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. For packages marked delivered, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Returns

Returns require authorization and may need to be sent to the specific location provided in our instructions. Review our Return and Refund Policy and do not mail a return to the address on the parcel unless instructed.
