Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Cosmic Luna Beauty. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our store, subject to the exclusions below and applicable consumer-protection law.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable and final-sale items

Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Products clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange, except when required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

How to request a return

Contact us before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and address. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. Do not mail a return to the address printed on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns. Cosmic Luna Beauty covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the order was incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is processed.

Cancellations

We can only attempt to cancel an order before processing begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed. If fulfillment has started, the return rules above apply.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
